MangoMatch, a product/service of TGM Ventures, Inc. (a Washington state company), places customer satisfaction at the forefront of our services. While we are dedicated to offering an effective and reliable matchmaking platform, we acknowledge that there might be instances where services do not proceed as promised. Refunds are contingent on our failure to provide the services as promised and/or advertised. This determination is made at the sole discretion of MangoMatch and/or TGM Ventures, Inc.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If this is unfeasible for any reason, we will reach out to you to arrange an alternative refund method.

All approved refunds will be processed in full, without the deduction of any additional fees.
